Not too long ago on March 11th the Men’s volleyball season started. So far the team record is 4-9 with one of the wins being from a forfeit match. The team features 4 seniors, Jordan, Aurion,Devan,and Sajad and i was able to interview three of them about how they feel about the season so far.
The one thing all the seniors agreed on is that they feel as though so far this season has been a major improvement compared to last year. Last year was the first year the Men’s Volleyball team started. They struggled finding a coach, having practice,and winning any games. But this year with a more consistent schedule they’ve been able to improve drastically.
With the record being 4-9 even in the losses you can see how much the team has improved, Aurion feels that ¨because more people heard about the volleyball team, we were able to get better people for tryouts.¨ while Devan thinks its because of the more consistent practices and the fact that hes on the team this year…
