Being in the art wing of journalism seems lonely but there are people here that deeply care for the arts.One of those people is Mrs. Dodson whom I did an interview with I first asked about what inspires her to photography she said “(I) took it in high-school fell in love with it.In college wanted to do graphic design hated and switched to photography.”
Moving on from that she used to be a long term substitute at Shawnee high and has been teaching over here for 15 years.She has a real love for photography and has a lot of heart in the subject so when I brought up AI she didn’t have a much positive outlook “Don’t like it trained on photographers work.” so when she does her own photos she strives on getting people and close up of objects.

These photographers have a thing in common with one and other is that their unique perspective and personality is shown through their work.For example Gordon Parks who fought for civil rights through their work showing struggle during those time but also showing his perspective in joy.So Mrs.Dobson is a real photographer and without her it would be much darker in the art world.
