Ballard offers a wide variety of after-school clubs and organizations. Now that the first month of school has come to a close, we’re ready to start welcoming students to join. Club flyers have been put up around school and listed on Between the Lines’ home page, but just in case you missed it, we put together a list of clubs.
Clubs such as Foreign language clubs, letting students connect and learn about other cultures. French Club starts Sept. 8th in S108 at 3:30 pm. Japan Club starts Sept. in S109 at 3:30 pm. Looking for a chance to have some competitive fun with others, the Cheese club starts Sept. 3rd in S202 at 3:30 p.m., and the Games Club is hosted every Friday from 3:30-4:20 p.m. in the Library.
Opportunities for students to engage in academic clubs are also available. Such as HOSA’s informational meeting on Sept. 17th in the Library from 3:30-4:00 p.m.
Honors Club, such as Beta Club, National Arts Honors Society and Mu Alpha Theta are starting in September. NAHS starts Sept 3rd in W123 at 3:30 p.m.
