As of just last night, October 13th of 2024, Sparkling “Liquid Death” Water unexpectedly passed away. They were accompanied by friends and family, such as Sparkling Ice, La Croix, and Saratoga during their time of death at home.
Liquid Death was an only child, married to the makeup entrepreneur E.L.F. and had two children Makeup “Corpse” Paint and Metal Head “Death” Club, a known producer of NFTs. Liquid Death was born, raised, and died in Los Angeles, California. Liquid Death had a long, well-known history dating all the way back to 2017 when their father, Mike Cessario, first told everyone about his cool new kid. Liquid Death instantly began gaining attention from massive influencers on TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram where they were either loved or memed upon.
Liquid Death enjoyed the finer things in life and was very much against using plastics. They held protests against plastic use and campaigned for more metal/aluminum water bottles, becoming widely known as both influential and passionate in their line of work. They also loved staying hydrated, whether that be with regular water, flavored water, or even sparkling water. They were mostly liked within their community, as they provided water at local games, get-togethers, and parties so everyone could stay hydrated. Liquid Death was into metal and rock music, loved “emo” fashion, and could be found frequently wearing black makeup as their child, Death, recalled. La Croix, one of Liquid Death’s many friends, recalls a time when many people thought of Liquid Death as a joke or someone to make fun of, but then they proved all the haters wrong by donating to many organizations that fund work against plastic pollution and help get people all over the world the water they need. Funeral arrangements are still being made.
